This key module will focus on the actual assessment of value, assumptions and selections, thinking process, and complete a full valuation with pre-inputted data.

Upon completion, the light will shine on the simplicity and intuitiveness of performing a simple or complex valuation.

This module will focus on the simple explanatory sections within the FAT and will be key to anyone training a new user in performing valuations.

The FAQ is an important tool in gathering data and questioning the client of the required data to analyze.

Upon completion of this module, you will be able to effectively use and create the FAQ within the FAT.

This important session will focus on the generation of Valuation Reports, customizing one’s proprietary documents and creating one’s own professional templates.

Upon completion of this module, you will achieve competency in generating custom professional valuation reports.

This last session will focus on the generation of the marketing materials including the BP, CBP / CBR, and CIM. Like the previous webcast, this will also cover customization and creating proprietary templates.
